About the workshop

The advocacy skills capability workshop is designed to upskill the suicide prevention sector and enhance our collective influence in the lead up the 2022 Federal election. This webinar will cover ways to effectively influence decision makers, work with political stakeholders and showcase strategies to ensure your messages gets traction with the right people.  

This three-hour workshop will include small Zoom breakout groups to discuss ways to utilise our newly created advocacy toolkit and share insights and learnings.  

Our updated National Policy Platform will also be a feature as we discuss ways to include key elements in your organisation’s advocacy strategies in the wake of the Federal election.
