Suicide Prevention Australia is travelling to the Northern Territory and Western Australia for an afternoon of information sharing, sector updates, networking, and a chance to meet the team.
Think Tank Topic: Delivering on the suicide prevention national agenda
The Think Tank is hosted by Suicide Prevention Australia in partnership with members of the Joint Committees for both WA/SA and NT/QLD.
Our Joint Committees play a key mechanism in linking local action to the national suicide prevention agenda. We thank SabrinasReach4Life and Northern Territory PHN for co-hosting with us in Darwin, and Holyoake for co-hosting with us in Perth.
The Think Tank will discuss the progress the suicide prevention sector has made at a local level, identifying key wins, ground breaking initiatives, and areas of growth. We invite guests to contribute to an open discussion that focuses on how we can strengthen the link between national and local settings when trying to achieve a world without suicide. Before a short training session to upskill members about our exclusive advocacy toolkit and how it can assist your team in its day-to-day operations.
After the Think Tank, all attendees are invited to join us for canapes, drinks, and the opportunity to network and build relationships with other like-minded leaders from across the sector.
