National Day of Action – 16 May 2023 R U OK? and Healthy Heads in Truck & Sheds have teamed up to ensure people in the road transport, warehousing and logistics industries know when and how to meaningfully connect and genuinely ask “are you OK?” of those in their workplace who might be struggling with life. Together, the two mental health promotion charities have launched ‘R U OK? in Truck & Sheds’, an industry-wide movement to drive conversations in the workplace. Collaborating to Create Systems Change is a powerful workshop for people with lived experience of suicide and those seeking to meaningfully partner with them. It explores the opportunities and challenges that comes with driving system reform including navigating power dynamics, expectations, time frames and differing advocacy priorities.

The Men’s Table Entree is an introduction to The Men’s Table through open sharing over a relaxed and conversational meal. The cost includes a meal. The Entree event is a chance to meet other men, learn about how a Table works and helping you decide whether you’d like to part of this local Men’s Table group. It will be hosted by a couple of long standing members of other Men’s Tables, sharing their experiences from their Tables, and responding to your questions, concerns and ideas.
