This March, youth mental health organisation ReachOut is encouraging everyone across Australia to jump in the pool or ocean to participate in Laps for Life - an annual swimming fundraiser supporting youth mental health. The month-long challenge encourages participants to swim to raise funds for, and awareness about youth mental health and suicide prevention. You'll meet other men, learn about how a Table operates, and get a good feel for whether it is a fit for you.
