BondiEye - Do you see what I see? World Mental Health Day 10 Oct

10 October 2017

Come and join organisations working in mental health, and every day Aussies working hard each day to live mentally well, to show that on World Mental Health Day, and every day, we are all in this together. Join and share the Facebook Event.

We would love your help to form a giant human eye on Bondi beach to represent this year’s World Mental Health Day theme, Do you see what I see? We want to smash the stigma around mental health. All you have to do is wear a fluoro or coloured t-shirt with a plain black t-shirt over the top.

We will get in a formation of an eye that is seemingly one shade of black, then, all together, reveal our coloured shirts underneath. This amazing visual will be filmed by drones and shared across social media. Several of the organisations involved in this event will also be on hand during the event to chat with you about how you stay well and what services are available to support you and those around you. Come and join us! Let’s show each other and the world that we see mental health through a different light, in positive bright colour, not black and white.

And if you can't make it to Bondi Beach on 10 October, why not make a #MentalHealthPromise at www.1010.org.au
