Team Support – Customer Growth
Reporting to the Chief Customer Growth Officer, you will proactively support the Customer Growth Team to achieve revenue and growth targets by providing sales administrative support. This will include:
- Triage and referral of customer enquiries to the relevant internal specialist
- Proposal/presentation preparation, meeting coordination/support and communications
- Managing and maintaining the Sales/Account Management modules of HubSpot and associated platforms (e.g. Monday.com)
- Producing timely reporting of pipeline and sales activities and coordinating invoices
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure the marketing module in the CRM is maintained
- Providing admin and coordination support to the internal Customer Reference group and Manager of our preferred supplier network
- Coordinating bookings and delivery of customer engagements (workshops, training, focus groups)
- Assisting with customer engagement reviews at the end of each engagement/intervention, the collation of participant feedback reports and managing records of training and evaluation data
- Supporting and contributing to various internal projects
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a team support role ideally in a B2B sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with outstanding attention to detail
- Experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot) and a confident user of MS Office suite of programs
- Experience in working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (such as Business, Commerce, Marketing, Project or Account management) will be highly regarded
