Erin Halligan

Erin is a dedicated mental health and suicide prevention advocate, and has been working in the field for nearly a decade with both government and community bodies. Erin is currently the Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Director at LGBTIQ+ Health Australia, with focus on diversity, intersectionality and health and well-being in providing access to mental health care and suicide prevention and early intervention strategies for LGBTIQ+SB people and communities. Erin has lived and living experience with mental illness and suicide, and is committed to lived experience and peer inclusion in the development and design of programs, policies, strategies and other responses.
