Samaritans WA Volunteer Counsellors provide emotional support to callers, every day from 8:00am-8:00pm (AWST). The services are anonymous and confidential and are heavily guided by the Samaritans Emotional Support Model and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) framework.
