Here are five draft e-Learning Modules prepared by Suicide Prevention Australia for the Mining Industry in Western Australia. These modules are for review purposes only. Feedback should be sent to:

These modules are introductory only, and are designed to help begin an awareness around suicide and it’s impact on work. The modules are designed to cover key topic areas, and then direct learners to further learning resources.
Feedback is requested in the following areas:
General Content – Do the modules cover a sufficiently broad range of suicide related topics? (Include typographical errors). Are there any inaccuracies in the information?
Language and images – Is language appropriate for the mining industry? Note: Images are generic, some of which depict US mines rather than Western Australian – please comment on images that may need changing and why (and if you have suitable images with permission to use, let us know).
Resources – While we do not want to overwhelm the learner, are there resources that are used within the mining Industry for suicide prevention that are not covered that should be included here?
