Ways to give

Would you like to make a difference?

We all have a role to play in suicide prevention and your support may make a difference in saving lives.

Suicide Prevention Australia is the national peak body for the suicide prevention sector. We exist to provide a clear, collective voice for suicide prevention, so that together we can save lives.

Our work influences policy and advocates for government funding. We promote quality improvement to build sector capability and allocate millions of dollars for research. We also identify and respond to gaps in knowledge, policy and practice.

We’re a registered Australian charity with deductible gift recipient status. This means that donations over $2 are tax deductible.

If you have any queries about making a donation or gifting in your will, you can get in touch with us at admin@suicidepreventionaust.org

Leaving a gift in a will

Leaving a gift in your will, also known as a bequest, is an act of generosity that may have a lasting impact.

A gift in will, whether big or small, is a charitable donation left to a person, not-for-profit organisation or charity of your choice, as stated in your will.
