Launch of the Hanging Rock Water Tanks Mural Project, Batemans Bay NSW

All community members are warmly invited to attend the launch of the Hanging Rock Water Tanks Mural Project on Friday 19 April at 3pm.

The murals will serve as an enduring reminder to have conversations around mental health and suicide prevention, especially with young people. This location will become a place where events with a goal to raise awareness; education on self-care and support; and reducing suicide in our community can take place.

The realisation of this community project is thanks to the vision and dedication of Deanne and Pat Griffin in tribute to their son, Sean. Members of the Bega Valley Eurobodalla Suicide Prevention Collaborative are working with Deanne and Pat to plan and deliver the murals and the launch event.
