SuperFriend
Together with industry partners, SuperFriend designs and delivers mental health and wellbeing initiatives that enable workplaces to thrive.
Our journey started in 2007 when a group of industry super funds and life insurers came together to reduce the incidence and impact of suicide and mental ill-health. They created SuperFriend to bring this vision to life.
We now work with 32 of Australia’s leading super funds and life insurers. Through these partnerships, we help support their staff and members—representing more than half of Australia’s workers and workplaces.
Passionate about keeping people well
Knowing, that when people are well supported in good work, it can enable people to “be their best, do good work and have enough energy to spare”. At SuperFriend, we approach suicide prevention by aiming to help all Australian workplaces to be mentally healthy. Most Australian adults spend more waking hours at work than anywhere else, and we know that good work can have an enormous impact on everyone’s mental health and overall wellbeing.
