Graham McLean

Graham McLean joined the Board of Suicide Prevention Australia in 2021 as an independent director and initially served as chair the Audit and Risk Committee. He became Chair of the Board in May 2024.

Graham lost his son to suicide in 2020, aged 24 and is passionate about improving mental health outcomes and preventing suicide through better facilities, services and advocacy, particularly for younger people.

Graham is an experienced senior executive leader with extensive service in the medical technology industry in Australia, Asia and Europe. Most recently he served as President Asia Pacific at Stryker. Graham is currently Chair of ASX listed CleanSpace Holdings Pty Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Limited, Additive Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre, and a Director of Enterix Australia Pty Ltd

Graham has also served with a number of community and industry associations over many years and sits on advisory boards and committees.

Graham is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Qualified Accountant (both CIMA and CPA).
