Hello Driven focuses on primary prevention through strength-based resilience programs to prevent suicide and mental ill-health.
To ensure we enhance personal and community resilience, Hello Driven takes an evidence-based approach, regularly publishing reports and peer-reviewed research on our efforts. We are proud to be working with Suicide Prevention Australia towards the goal of reducing the impact of mental health challenges and prevent suicide.
At the heart of Hello Driven’s approach is the Predictive 6 Factor Resilience (PR6) Model, a comprehensive mind-body wellness framework grounded in neuroscience. The PR6 measures and develops resilience across six key domains: Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Health. These domains are integral to the resilience-building process and have been shown to significantly reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional vulnerability. The PR6’s science-backed approach are pivotal in enhancing personal well-being and taking a proactive stance towards mental health.
Key to Hello Driven’s efforts in suicide prevention are two of their flagship programs, both accredited by Suicide Prevention Australia: Resilience First Aid (RFA) and High Adversity Resilience Training (HART).
- Resilience First Aid (RFA) – RFA is a proactive peer-support and suicide prevention program that equips participants with essential skills to identify early signs of mental health needs and support resilience development proactively. This 2-day training empowers individuals to support others in their community, building a culture of resilience that helps prevent mental health issues before they occur. Accredited by SPA, RFA blends practical peer-support strategies with neuroscience-based techniques, significantly improving participants’ abilities to recognise suicide warning signs and reduce mental health stigma
- High Adversity Resilience Training (HART) – Supporting professionals in high-stress environments such as healthcare and emergency services, HART provides advanced resilience training to help individuals manage trauma and high-pressure situations. This program equips participants with skills to handle operational, relational, and organisational stressors, contributing to both personal well-being and the stability of high-adversity teams
In addition to our accredited training programs, Hello Driven also publishes the National Resilience Index, an annual report that tracks resilience trends in Australia and the United States. This report provides useful insights for mental health professionals and policy-makers, identifying areas of improvement and success in the resilience landscape. The index not only highlights resilience as a protective factor against mental health crises but also shows the ongoing evolution of mental health in the population from a preventative perspective.
Hello Driven’s programs are more than just interventions; they are primary prevention solutions. By building resilience at both an individual and community level, they provide individuals, organisation, and communities with the tools needed to prevent rising mental health challenges. Hello Driven’s goal is for resilience to become a cornerstone of mental health care strategies worldwide, providing an evidence-based approach for primary prevention.
